一刀切

雖然很喜歡談政治議題，但我很清楚的是，政治只是生活的一部分，甚至是很小的一部分。生活與生命的重心，是家人，是柴米油鹽醬醋茶，是你的工作和事業。
為什麼要說這個？因為其實一個人的面向很多。理性的看，即使是罪犯，很可能也有其他面向。所以只用政治立場來切入對一個人的評價，無疑是非常片面的。

拿童子賢來舉例。他的政治立場無疑是偏綠的，但他這幾年又擁核。這樣的人有甚麼問題嗎？在我看來其實是沒有問題的。誰規定怎樣的意識形態者，就必須支持甚麼公共政策呢？

公共政策如此，那放到其他事物就更是這樣了。我過去常舉的例子，是很多老榮民可能是大中國主義者、是統派而被綠營支持者恨之入骨；但同樣的，這個老榮民可能縮衣節食捐很多錢，可能曾經為了保衛台灣而滿身是傷；甚至他可能在生活中就是個對人和善對家人盡責的老人，那我們有甚麼理由因為政治立場就全面否定這個人？

放到一般人身上如此，放到政治人物或政黨身上更是這樣。所謂罷免制度，就是一個仇恨動員，必須把被罷免者的負面表現擴大的極致。但罷免制度可能有其正當性的理由，是確實可能有些民選民代、官員確實表現得很離譜，所以在「明顯負面表現大於正面表現」的情況下，罷免有一些道理(儘管我並不支持罷免制度存在)。

但大罷免是完全不同的事。當你同時要罷免的對象變成特定政黨的幾十個人，那就不可能是理性討論。因為罷免是針對個人表現的良窳做評判，但儘管是同黨立委，也不可能所有人表現都是一樣的。在此情況下，罷免方只能把仇恨動員放大到極致，用抽象而非具象、斷言式沒有證據的指控來批判被罷免者。

於是，就有了諸如「叛國」、「親共」等指控。但事實上，這些指控從理性看，沒有一條是成立的。但就罷免方而言，這種造謠抹黑抹紅，卻是不得不的作法--因為根本不可能在此之外找到大罷免的理由(當然不可能說自己是為了不服選舉結果)。

大罷免的問題，是「一刀切」，從此把社會切成不同的兩邊。他最詭異的地方是，選民明明才投過票選出自己認為比較適合的人，如今卻必須再度出來投票「捍衛自己的選票」。而這一切，只歸因於輸的那一方不服氣。

這樣的民主，只能說是荒謬了。
